The shop
A2 Crackers sells licensed Sivakasi fireworks (sparklers, fountains, cake shots and gift boxes sourced from licensed manufacturers) from their shop near Sivakasi, with orders coming in over WhatsApp and their own website. Like every crackers business, their whole year compresses into the few weeks before Diwali.
Before: every order was entered twice
A customer spent hours with the printed pamphlet, choosing what to buy, then messaged or read out each product number one by one. The shop keyed those same numbers back into the system, item by item, to raise the bill, and only then could anyone start picking cartons. Slow for the customer, double work for the shop, and during the Diwali rush every one of those relays stacked into a queue.

Now A2 shares one order link. Customers browse the published season list at home, search by serial number or name, and place the order in minutes. It lands in the order inbox already itemised: nothing to re-enter, nothing to map. The shop reviews it, takes the printout, packs against it and sends it out, by courier or delivered by hand.
