The shop
Aathi Traders trades as Pattazz from Sithurajapuram in Sivakasi, stocking 163 products from several licensed brands: cake shots, fancy fountains, children's specials, gift boxes and the usual single-sound lines, mostly at up to 80% off MRP. Unlike a Diwali-only shop, they sell all year and ship by courier across India.
Before: three phones, three notebooks
The pamphlet printed three numbers, so orders arrived on three phones at once. Each person kept their own WhatsApp thread and their own running list, and the same customer sometimes messaged two of them. Consolidating those lists into bills, working out what was already packed and answering “where is my parcel?” took as long as the packing itself.
After: one link, one inbox, one reference
Now all three numbers send the same public order link. Customers browse the full Pattazz list, order in minutes, and the order lands in one shared inbox with a reference number. Anyone in the shop can pick it up, confirm it and bill it, and the customer follows their own order status without calling. Courier dispatches across India are tracked against that same reference.
Open every day of the year
Because the shop sells 365 days, stock has to be right in June as much as in October. Every bill moves stock, so the link only offers what is actually on the shelf, and reordering is a report rather than a walk round the godown.
