The shop
The Grand Crackers sells from Pernaickenpatti on the edge of Sivakasi, with a website, an Instagram page and a printed price list that runs to 136 products in 20 categories: sparklers, fancy fountains, multi-shots, gift boxes and a fresh “2026 Special” range every season. Nearly every line is priced at 80% off MRP.
Before: the PDF was the order form
Their price list PDF carried a blank quantity column. Customers filled it in on a print-out or a phone screenshot and sent it back over WhatsApp. The shop then read each row, keyed the product and quantity into a bill, and worked out the discounted rate line by line. One order became three passes over the same list, and mistakes crept in on the busiest days.

The published 2026 list now opens as a public order link. A customer searches by serial number or name, fills the quantity beside each item and sends it. The order lands in the inbox already itemised, with MRP, discount and net rate computed on every line, so there is nothing to retype and nothing to recalculate. The shop confirms it, prints the packing slip and dispatches.
Season list, not a spreadsheet
New items go into the “2026 Special” category once, and the link updates with them. Stock moves on every confirmed order, and each bill is a proper GST invoice with the MRP → discount → net rate breakdown printed as customers expect to see it.
